McDonald, JD the founder of NIA has an extensive law enforcement background as a Drug Enforcement Investigator and holds a Juris Doctorate Degree, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration of Justice, and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice with an intensive history of investigative training and supervision. He has received honorary awards from The United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration and The Macon / Bibb War On Drugs Committee for his work in Drug Enforcement and is a member of the International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association, as well as being listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals and Who's Who of Outstanding Americans.

 All NIA Investigators are highly trained and licensed, with educational achievements, which include college degrees and professional backgrounds with extensive investigative experience in the public and private sectors.
